Put a little bit of Thessaloniki on your mail!
February 19, 2014 -
As you may know, Thessaloniki is the 2014 European Youth Capital. Since January 1st, the city has been celebrating and raising awareness on youth issues, with a wide range of activities and projects. This is particularly pertinent in Greece where around 50% of young people are unemployed.
While an increasing number of young Europeans are connected to the internet, Thessaloniki is bringing you something a little more old school! And on 17th February, the European Youth Capital revealed a special stamp to mark their year of being European Youth Capital.
We guess that at €0,90 it would worth sending a postcard when paying a visit to a young person in Thessaloniki!
