We discuss for the Europe that we want
The Thessaloniki- European Youth Culture 2014 in cooperation with the office of the European Parliament and the European Commission in Greece presents the following event:
“The Young People and the European Union: We discuss for the Europe that we want” on Friday 2 May 2014, at 17:30, at the hall of the City Council of the new City Hall of Thessaloniki.
The event aims at the contact of young people with former and present Members of the European Parliament and the exchanging of opinions between them concerning the kind of Europe that they want after the elections of May, and also the value of the European Parliament.
Leonidas Antonakopoulos, chef of the Cabinet of the European Parliament in Greece, Aris Peroulakis, head of the representation of the European Commission in Greece of the Department of Communnication/Partnership and European Networks and George Voskopoulos, deputy Professor of European Studies and President of the department of International- European Studies of UOM, will talk for the forthcoming European elections and the EU, while Peri Kourakli, responsible for the programs of EYC2014, will present the program “Go for Europe”.
The talk will be coordinated by the journalist Christina Siganidou.
